Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process on https://cuadrovidrio.es, for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you have. It is written in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Given the nature and scale of our processing, the company is not required to appoint a data protection officer. Any privacy query may be sent to the email address above.

2. What data we process

2.1. Data you give us

Through the contact form on the site we collect:

  • Name (required)
  • Telephone (required)
  • Email address
  • Town or city
  • Comment or description of your project

If you contact us by telephone, email or WhatsApp, we will also process whatever data you include in that communication.

We do not ask for special categories of data (health, beliefs, trade union membership or others listed in article 9 GDPR). Please do not include such data in the comments field.

2.2. Browsing data

When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent are processed through cookies and similar technologies. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

We do not use your data for profiling and we do not take automated decisions with legal effects concerning you. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

4. How long we keep the data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: kept for a maximum of one year from the last contact, then deleted.
  • Client data: kept for the duration of the business relationship and, once it ends, for the statutory limitation periods applicable under commercial, tax and product warranty law.
  • Browsing data: according to the lifetime of each cookie, as set out in the Cookie Policy.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. The following providers are involved and act as processors, handling data only on our instructions:

6. International transfers

Some of the providers listed belong to groups whose parent company is in the United States and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with any applicable supplementary measures.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access: to know what data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: to ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed.
  • Objection: to object to a particular processing activity on grounds relating to your situation.
  • Restriction: to ask us to suspend processing while a complaint of yours is verified.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: for processing based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise them, write to info@cuadrovidrio.es or to the postal address in section 1, identifying yourself and stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to the administration area is restricted to authorised staff.

9. Accuracy of the data

You warrant that the data you provide is accurate and undertake to tell us of any change. If you provide a third party’s data, you must have informed them of this policy beforehand and obtained their consent.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in legislation or in our processing activities. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
