Frameless Folding Enclosures
Glass panels fold inwards to open the enclosure and make cleaning easier. The arrangement is tailored to the opening and how you use the space.
We assess your space before preparing a proposal.
How do CuadroVidrio frameless enclosures work?
Frameless folding enclosures use glass panels that open inwards and fold to one end. The space needed to gather the panels is checked during the survey.
- Panels that fold to one end
- Inward opening
- Space for gathered panels checked on site

What our customers say
The system uses tracks and folding panels. The layout, opening direction and supporting surfaces are defined for each opening. Seals and the degree of protection against air or water depend on the design and installation.
How the frameless folding system works
Each panel can fold inwards to make its surface accessible. The panels gather concertina-style at one end; the space they occupy depends on the configuration.

Frameless windows
Did you know we also glaze frameless windows? An ideal solution for windows facing balconies or terraces, keeping the clean, uncluttered look of your façade. If you also need stronger acoustic insulation, take a look at our double-glazed glass curtains.

Frequently asked questions about folding enclosures
How do they differ from sliding glass curtains?
The principle is the same — glass with no vertical profiles — but the way they open changes: here the leaves fold, rather than sliding and stacking to one side. It is the option when you want to open a section rather than clear the whole span.
Do they have aluminium frames?
No. There are no vertical profiles and no frames between the leaves: nothing interrupts the view from the terrace or the balcony.
Which spaces suit them best?
They work well on balconies and smaller terraces, where there is not enough run to stack the panels to one side, and in openings where you want to ventilate without opening the whole enclosure.
Are they easy to clean?
Yes. Because the leaves fold inwards, both faces of the glass can be reached from inside the home, without leaning out over the façade.
What glass is used?
Toughened safety glass, the same as in the rest of our systems: resistant to impacts and to changes in temperature.
Can I see the system before committing?
Yes. We have our own showroom, where you can see the models, the finishes and how each system works before deciding.
