How the roof changes as the louvres tilt
The louvres rotate up to 120° to regulate light and ventilation. The structure and louvres remain over the space; the result depends on orientation and the sun's position.
- Adjust daylight
Tilting changes how light passes between the louvres. We select the installation direction according to the façade and the sun's path.
- Combine shade and ventilation
An intermediate angle allows air between the louvres without retracting the roof to one side.
- Close the louvres and channel rainwater
The system includes rainwater drainage. We assess junctions and water discharge; rain can enter when the louvres are open.

Adjustable: tilt the louvres

- A space is needed for the stacked louvres.

LED lighting
The specification allows integrated LED lighting. Position and control are defined in the proposal.
Polyurethane-filled louvres
Polyurethane filling can be incorporated into the louvres. It is an option and does not, by itself, establish a particular thermal or acoustic performance.
Smart controls and automation
Ask about compatible control and automation options. A motor and rain sensor are different components; sensors must be expressly listed in the proposal.
We also review colours and finishes to integrate the pergola with the façade and existing features.

Glass curtains

Vertical screen

Motorised windbreak

Questions about adjustable louvre pergolas
How far do the louvres rotate?
Up to 120° in the system described. Installation direction and the sun's position determine the light and shade you will obtain.
Do the louvres disappear when opened?
No. They tilt and remain over the roof. If you want to uncover part of it, compare the retractable pergola.
What dimensions can the adjustable pergola cover?
The specification states a maximum width of 4.20 m and a maximum projection of 6.60 m. These are system reference figures, not a guarantee of any combination of dimensions without checking supports and installation. Request a measuring visit.
What happens when it rains?
With the louvres in the specified closed position, the system channels rainwater. We assess junctions and drainage. Water can enter with the louvres open or through exposed sides; we do not promise absolute weather sealing in every condition.
What materials and thicknesses are used?
Aluminium and stainless steel for the structure and hardware, with profiles up to 3 mm, depending on the component. See the materials and thickness in the materials and profiles section.
Are LEDs, polyurethane filling and sensors included?
These are options to assess. The specification lists LED lighting, polyurethane filling and automation; the particular sensors and included items must be listed in the proposal.
Can the sides be enclosed?
Yes. We can assess folding glass curtains, sliding glass curtains, vertical screens or a motorised windbreak. We check the compatibility of the complete solution.
