Enclosures for roof terraces and rooftops in Madrid
Roofs, pergolas and glass side panels to create more possibilities for your outdoor space.
We assess your space before preparing a proposal.
Shape your outdoor space
A roof terrace can be a place to dine outdoors, create a relaxation area or spend time with family and friends. To make better use of it, we first decide which areas you need to cover and which you want to keep open.
- Overhead. We can assess fixed or retractable glass roofs and pergolas with adjustable or retractable louvres.
- At the sides. Glass curtains and folding systems offer options for an enclosure that opens.
- As a complete arrangement. If you want both solutions, we first assess their compatibility with the structure and drainage.

What our customers say
Choose how you want to use your roof terrace
Control light and shade
A pergola with adjustable or retractable louvres offers two ways to manage the cover.
Cover the overhead area
A fixed or retractable glass roof is another option when the overhead cover is the priority.
Assess the side panels
Glazing systems can be assessed separately or alongside the overhead cover.
Solutions for roof terraces and rooftops
Side panels. Glass curtains or folding systems can be considered when you want to retain the option of opening the space.
Overhead cover. A fixed or retractable glass roof and a bioclimatic pergola are different options. The choice depends on your aim and the conditions of the project.
What the technical team needs to check

- The condition of the supports and fixing points.
- Drainage and existing waterproofing.
- Access for transport, installation and maintenance.
- Residents’ association rules and municipal requirements.
