Fixed and Retractable Glass Roofs
A glass roof brings light to terraces and courtyards open above. We compare fixed and retractable options for the conditions of your property.
We assess your space before preparing a proposal.
Glass Roofs for Uncovered Terraces
If your balcony or terrace is open above, a glazed roof may be an option. We offer fixed and retractable roofs: the choice depends on whether you want a permanent cover or the ability to open it.

What our customers say
Retractable Roofs
A retractable roof can be opened and closed. Its operating method and opening extent depend on the project configuration.
Fixed Roofs
A fixed roof remains as a glazed cover that does not open. The solution is defined according to the opening, supporting surface and intended use.

The right solution depends on each terrace. Explore our systems or ask for an initial assessment.
Frequently asked questions about glass roofs
What is the difference between a fixed and a retractable roof?
A fixed roof stays closed. A retractable roof can open and close; its travel and operation are set for each configuration.
What glass is used in the roof?
The glazing composition is specified in the quotation for each project. The roof and side curtains may have different characteristics.
Can it be combined with a side enclosure?
Integrating a side enclosure with a roof can be considered. Compatibility, supports and drainage need to be reviewed for each space.
Which spaces is it designed for?
Mainly balconies, terraces and porches that have no roof and go unused in the rain or under the strong Madrid summer sun.
Does it let daylight through?
A transparent cover lets light through; the amount depends on glazing, structure, orientation and surroundings.
How do I choose between fixed and retractable?
It depends on use: a fixed roof stays closed, while a retractable roof can open. A site visit lets us review the opening and installation conditions.
